Child Safety Standards
Last Updated: January 2, 2026
CallStack Collective is committed to protecting children and preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). While Unfollowify is designed as an Instagram analytics tool and does not facilitate social interactions or user-generated content sharing, we maintain strict policies to ensure the safety of all users, including minors.
1. Zero Tolerance Policy
CallStack Collective has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We strictly prohibit any content, behavior, or activity that:
- Depicts, promotes, or glorifies child sexual abuse or exploitation
- Sexualizes minors in any way
- Facilitates the grooming, solicitation, or endangerment of minors
- Shares, distributes, or solicits child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
2. App Functionality & Child Safety
Unfollowify is an analytics application that:
- Processes Instagram data locally on the user's device
- Does not facilitate communication between users
- Does not allow content sharing or user-generated content
- Does not collect, store, or transmit user photographs or personal media
- Requires users to be 13+ (minimum age for Instagram usage)
3. Age Requirements
Users must be at least 13 years old to use Unfollowify, consistent with Instagram's minimum age requirements. We rely on Instagram's age verification processes and do not independently collect age information.
4. Reporting Mechanisms
If you become aware of any content or behavior involving child sexual abuse or exploitation:
- Report to NCMEC: File a report with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) at www.cybertipline.org
- Contact Law Enforcement: Report to your local law enforcement or the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center at www.ic3.gov
- Contact Us: Email support@callstackcollective.com with subject line "CSAE Report"
5. Response Protocol
Upon receiving a report of CSAE:
- We will immediately investigate the report
- Take appropriate action including account suspension or termination
- Report verified incidents to NCMEC and law enforcement as required by law
- Preserve evidence and cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations
- Remove any prohibited content immediately
6. Cooperation with Law Enforcement
CallStack Collective cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies investigating child sexual abuse and exploitation. We will provide all legally required information and comply with valid legal requests for data related to CSAE investigations.
7. Data Processing & Privacy
Our privacy-first design inherently protects users, including minors:
- All Instagram data is processed locally on the user's device
- No user photographs or media are transmitted to our servers
- Limited diagnostic data is anonymized (see Privacy Policy)
- We do not create user profiles or track user behavior across devices
8. Content Moderation
While Unfollowify does not host user-generated content, we maintain vigilance to ensure our platform is not misused. We monitor for any attempts to use our app inappropriately and will take immediate action against violators.
9. Prevention Measures
We implement technical and operational measures to prevent CSAE:
- No social features or user-to-user communication
- No content upload or sharing capabilities
- No public profiles or user directories
- Regular security audits and updates
- Compliance monitoring and policy reviews
10. Contact Information
